The challenge
BotBuilt's case rests on a problem bigger than its machines: homes cost too much to build. Opening on the robots would make the film read as a product demo, and lose the reason the company exists.
What we did
We opened on the housing problem and brought the robots in as the answer. Then we followed the process inside the factory: plans turn into 3D models, and the models turn into framed walls, floors and trusses.
The result
A 4:50 film released in September 2025, made while BotBuilt had more than 2,000 homes in its pipeline with ten builders.
